Described is the relevance of formation of professional competence of future teacher of mathematics through development of information and communication subject environment and considered are possible ways to solve this issue. Furthermore, by reasoning of the research results, summed up theoretical and practical significance of formation of professional competence of future teacher of mathematics by developing the information-communication subject environment. The results of the research are considered, as objective (educational), subjective (motivational) and social aspects of modern professional activity, theoretical foundations and main provisions of formation of professional competence of future teacher of mathematics. It is shown, that direct participation of future teachers of mathematics in development of information and communication subject environment for the school course of mathematics contributes to the formation of their professional competence. Theoretical basis for formation of professional competence of future teacher of mathematics is the theory of gradual formation of concepts and mental actions of P.Ya. Galperin and the most important statements оf L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontiev and N.F. Talyzina about the assimilation of mental actions.
