Aspects of improving of efficiency of professional competencies of bachelors of direction of “Technosphere safety” in volunteer orgatizations of universities

Examined is development of professional competences of bachelor students by means of informal professional interaction on the basis of professionally oriented university volunteer organization. Based on experience of activity of students’ club, organized at university, shown are stages of formation and pedagogical conditions of student participation in volunteer activity, and influence of this activity on motivation to develop professional competences during studying process. Presented are results of sociological questionnaire of students, demonstrating the role of motives in attracting of students to training in university volunteer organizations. Proved is necessity of creation for training of students specialty “engineer of civil defense and emergency situations” effective educational material base alongside with opening participants in volunteer organizations possibility of self-management.
