The system of ranging is being introduced for estimation of quality of teaching and volume of work, done by one teacher or department, and also with the aim of stimulation of productive activity of lecturers with using of both cash or non-cash methods of encouragement. Lecturers’ rating would be interesting component of the system of university management as objective criterion for evaluation of merits of worker by conclusion with him “effective contract”. One of key problems of creation of necessary and meeting all requirements system of rating control is poly-factority of indicators, offered for assessment.
