The article analyzes the features of various strategies of media construction of suicidal behavior of young people. The results of a study of students' knowledge about death communities in social networks, awareness of sites where information about suicide is disseminated are given; assessments of their perception of suicide and communities of death are given and their residual knowledge about what they remember about suicide from the content of the media space of modern Russia, is analyzed, which determines their attitudes, assessments and values.
