Presented is analysis of global cluster of scientific researches, that includes globalistics as the core of these studies, global evolutionism, separate global disciplines (global economy, global ecology, etc.). Under the influence of global researches and other global factors, changes of forms and content of education are taking place, first of all globalization of education and formation of global education. Globalization of education is linked with interaction and unification of various national state and regional education systems into future unified planetary education system. The notion of “global education” is used to characterize qualitatively meaningful transformations in educational process, subject field of which is “filled” with global knowledge, emerging as a result of development of global research.
