The purpose of the article is to study the experience of the best practices of Russian corporations with the involvement of foreign students for internships; to develop proposals for improving the mechanisms of their employment in Russian and multinational companies abroad; to identify the main problems associated with the employment of foreign students, the organization of practice and internship. The prospects of the study lie in the consistent solution of the problem of qualitative migration growth and the performance of indicators of employment of foreign graduates.
