Research in the problem of formation of lingua-cultural competence in future interpreters in educational process at high school

Analyzed is the problem of formation of lingua-cultural competence in future translators with knowledge of several foreign languages in educational process at high school. Examined are field, types and tasks of professional activity of interpreter according to FGOS VO. Defined is lingua-cultural component of professional activity of interpreter, determining the need of formation of his lingua-cultural competence. Reviewed is psychological pedagogical literature as to the named theme, and also studied are notions of “professional competence of translator” and “lingua-cultural competence”. Determined is lingua-cultural competence of future interpreter as the integral system. Factors of effectiveness of formation of lingua-culturological competence of future interpreter with knowing several foreign languages are also considered.
