Changes management in higher education

Examined is actual problem of management of changes in higher education. Management of changes in higher education is complex and simultaneously inttgral process of perfection of educational breeding and scientific activity, aiming at achievement of controled positive qualitative change of the whole system of higher education. In detail analyzed are turned out nowadays tendences of development in higher professional education. Conclusion is made about necessity of forming in Russia nationally oriented elite of world level, that would work for benefit of whole Russian society, the nation and the state, as well as would posess necessary for this goal moral and spiritual values, and also common vision of future of the country and ways of it’s development.
