Discussed are innovative ideas of pedagogical activity on creation of the system of continuous education system “school – military high school” of Russian guard. Continuous education “school –  military high school” of Russian guard is innovative pedagogical system, forming new approaches to integrative related educational breeding, scientific pedagogical and administrative activities, aimed at forming personality of specialist of high quality, capable of solving complex and responsible tasks for protection of citizens of the country from terrorism, drug addiction and other negative manifestations. Principles and approaches to organization of educational process on corresponding principles are explored. Also special role of culturological approach, which determines the main mission of the entire teaching and upbringing process with taking into account specifics of pre-university and university levels of education, is singled out.

Key words: system of continuous education “school – military high school” of Russian guard, culture, patriotic breeding, professional self-determination, goals, tasks and values of training elite personnel of Russian guard.
