Analyzed is the problem of formation of inclusive competence of Master’s of Education. The problem is conditioned by necessity of most complete realization of special educational needs of children with health disabilities. The named problem, notes the author, cannot be solved without fundamental changes in the structure of professional competence of teachers for inclusive education. The author accentuates, that under modern conditions importance of inclusive competence of teachers towards humanization of the process of teaching children with health disabilities was grown. In this regard, the author makes conclusion, development and implementation of the concept of formation of inclusive competence of Master’s of Education is being considered as objective necessity for modern system of higher education.
