Cascade approach of increasing science-research component in training of higher qualification specialists

Realized is search of ways for raising effectiveness of transferring of knowledge to cadres with higher qualification. Object of research is Russian national educational system. Subject of research is higher qualification specialists tutoring mechanism. Structure of research are description and realization of waterfall approach for implication practical results of science-qualification works. Research place is Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University (MGTU n.a G.I. Nosov). Methods of research are analyze method and specification method.  representation d. Principal result of the research is presentation of cascade approach to transferring knowledge to post-graduate students by using practical results of science-qualification works in educational process. Described approach can be used as recommendation by forming work educational programs of disciplines in closely-related scientific schools at various institutes of of higher education in Russia.
