Suggested is pedagogical approach to substantiation of professional education method implementing competence model of specialists’ training through three fundamentals of pedagogy, i.e. «Content of education», «Educational processes», «Educational technologies». Key part of competence is distinguished that includes profiled knowledge, subject skills and abilities, reflexive and situation elements, as well as area of application.
