On the basis of methodological analysis, the author examines basic constituents of personal innovative capacity, and points out peculiarities of it’s development in contemporary higher education. Provided is a model of psychological support in development of innovative capacity in a personality, based on principles of interactive education corresponding to the level of innovative capacity of student’s personality.
