Analyzed is the problem of students’ motivation to study as one of decisive factor during the process of training and accumulation of knowledge. By using of innovation approaches, the author analyses the problem, elaborating of main reasons of low motivation of students. Determined are principal directions for solving of the named problem.

Key words: students’ motivation to study, innovative approaches, examination of problem, elaboration of main reasons, generation of ideas.
