The work is devoted to assessing the opinion of the student community of Southwestern State University on the implementation of the strategic academic leadership program “Priority-2030”. The author’s sociological research was carried out, which allowed to identify the characteristics of the educational process and tools for evaluating its effectiveness. The prospects, possible problems and risks that the university may face during the implementation of the Priority-2030 program are studied.
