Moral emotions of university professors as tools for community cohesion

Analyzed are moral emotions of university teachers, contributing to solidarity of social environment, formation of identity, identifying groups of friends and foes and development of integration practices and rituals among teachers. As a result of the study, mechanisms of influence of moral emotions on collective representations and self-esteem of university teachers, their perception of reputation and image of the university, as well as their personal responsibility and involvement in these processes are shown.
