Researched is the need of contemporary dramatically-changing society in specialists with high level of originality in problem solving, standing before them, that determines relevance of the problem of personality’s creativity of modern personality. As approach to the pointed problem, in the article the conception of interrelation of such personal characteristics, as values orientations structure and hardiness structure with creativity, interrelated hierarchically-organized dispositional formations, is considered. With the aim of conceptual positions verification, empirical study of values orientations and hardiness of youth with high and low level of hardiness was conducted. The study lets reveal, that values and hardiness personality’s structure of youth with high level of creativity is characterized by orientation on social self-exaltation through active influence onto social environment with manifestation of original thinking ways. The structure of personality values and hardiness of youth with low level of creativity is characterized by great aspiration to harmonic relations with surrounding environment on account of moderation and reciprocity in relations, appearing in ambivalence of thinking.
