Researched is the theme of steady growing volume and speed of circulation of information in modern society. The research opens possibility to conclusion, that despite valuable deposit of available researches in the system of continuing education, there isn’t co-ordination of training and re-training with reckoning needs peculities of region and needs of labor market. The aim of the article consists in defining of key instruments for training needing cadres for territories of outstripping social-economic development in the system of DPO. As principal result of the research, outlined are key mechanisms, oriented on achievement of conditions for stable development of the system of continuing professional education.
