The author considers peculiarities of social-outlook base in culture and arts in various countries of the East, as well as various ceremonial and magic practices, that defined specific perception of colour and it’s sense of symbolism by these countries’ peoples.
Key words: synthesis of cultures, colour symbolism, semantic code, harmony of the Earth, symbol of the Paradise.
