Demonstrated is necessity for transformation of classic pedagogy into noo-pedagogy. Specified is that perfection of classic pedagogy became the main reason for failure of innovations in tducation and training. A plan for creation and application of noo-pedagogy on the basis of exact sciences and arts of the 21st Century is offered.
