Study in family history as a factor in formation of civic patriotism in the youth

Presented are results of the study in family history in the university’s course of History. Analysis of students’ researches is made, on the basis of which the author conclusion is that usage of facts from history of separately taken family in the course of History may promote sense of knowledge and emotional perception of the history of Fatherland, as well as form understanding of historical process unity, and also become an important step in the process of education of the youth in civic patriotism.
