Examination’s functions in competence oriented educational technologies with boundary rating control of progress in studies

Elaborated are functions of examination as operation of subject to subject educational technology, aimed at gaining professional competences by students. Examined is realization of these functions in educational process with rating estimation of progress in studies with block and modulus structure of educational material. Some recommendations for preparation of control and measuring materials for examination, modeling conditions of student’s future professionak activity are also proposed.
