Exposured are variative approaches to interpretation of meaning of concept of “civil education”. Shown is complexity in formulation of it’s aims, as well as an attempt is made to determine it’s basic goal and derivatives. Elaborated is mechanism of it’s realization, including transition from goal to beliefs and actions, and also determined are possible negative tendencies by realization of it into reality.
