Substantiated are priority possibilities of principles of organization of feed-back circuits of high school with it’s graduates, depending on content of activity on appropriate phase. Shown is that the named principles are integrating the whole structure in research, raising the level of it’s wholeness.

Key words: principle of adequacy of social notions, principle of adequacy of cultural notions, principle of adequacy of scientific methodological notions, principle of polymer activity of subject of innovative activity,principle of professional interaction, principle of network professional interaction.
