Socialization, as a process of assimilation of social norms and values by an individual, plays an important role in the prevention of various problems, especially among children and adolescents. One of the effective ways to combat the manifestation of extremist manifestations is its prevention. It contributes to the formation of a socially adapted personality, capable of constructive interaction with society and reduces the likelihood of deviant behavior. Counteracting this prevailing dynamic requires a new approach that focuses on education and improving public safety — protecting our citizens from radicalization by identifying catalysts of extremism. Due to their daily interaction with students, today’s teachers are a unique link in the chain of interaction of all components of the process of socialization of youth to influence them — to spread positive ideas and correct negative thoughts and actions. Socialization is an important tool for the prevention of various social problems, contributing to the formation of a socially adapted, responsible and psychologically stable personality.
