The article presents a comprehensive analysis of intellectual volunteering in the educational space. Approaches to the understanding of this direction of volunteer activity are presented. The authors consider intellectual volunteering as an effective resource of innovative development of the educational system. The article considers the specifics of the formats for implementing the helping behavior of professionals in relation to the field of education.
