Preparation of a dissertation work and its defense is a complex and lengthy process. Its effectiveness largely depends on the quality of the scientific and methodological preparedness of all participants in the dissertation process: graduate students, doctoral students, supervisors and consultants, supervisors and members of dissertation councils.
The article discusses changes in the normative and scientific and methodological support of the system of training and certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in Russia by the levels of dissertation management: for supervisors and members of dissertation councils, for scientific supervisors and scientific consultants, for graduate students and doctoral students, as well as for student young people focused on future scientific activity.
