Implemented is the analysis of philosophical sights on the phenomena of education in terms of it’s public and personal components. Proved is, that in the modern world education should be channeled in a way, that human moral principle will serve as incentive for active attitude to life and for concern over the destiny of one’s own country and all the mankind. Revealed in the course of the analysis interdependence between ideological fundament of breeding and state of social development details problematic of developing process of globalization of mankind, and in the light of our analysis in the process of globalization one could observe the danger of stagnation of human development.
