Spiritual cultural development of activity of human capital potential of military persons

Examined is the theme of spiritual cultural development of military persons, that determines the content of military professional-labor activity. Corresponding process is impossible without taking into account human activity potential of military persons and factors of it’s development. To identify relevant factors, empirical sociological study was conducted. As a result of generalization of results obtained, principal factors of spiritual and cultural development of human activity potential of military persons were highlighted. Presented research results and recommendations might be used in practice of administration of human resources at military organizations, as well as to improve the professional level of military persons.
