Researched is the problem of advanced pedagogical support for personal development of first-year student. The article describes theoretical model of the process of advanced pedagogical support for student’s personal development as means of his adaptation in organization of higher education. Developed by the author model consists of four blocks, i.e. value and target, content, organization and evaluation, that have own functions, include information about the process and determine its results, allowing to discover dynamics of personal development of student.
