Healthy life style in representations of students’ youth. Empirical sociological research

Presented is analysis of social representations about health, various models of way of life of students, working on the basis of results of empirical research in four leading federal universities of South of Russia. Shown are features of socialization of high school students, and elaborated are possibilities of optimization of such. Determined are factors of strengthening of social order, allowing to reveal typical representations, knowledge of healthy lifestyle, and also skills on it’s maintaining as to promoting strengthening and preservation of health, actualize paradoxes in orientations and behavior of students’ youth, forming way of life. The authors come to conclusion, that in higher education institutions possibilities of educational environment for providing health-saving of students’ youth aren’t fully used.
