Analyzed are problems of development of the system of international exchanges of goods, services, and ideas. Also examined are problems of universal human relationships with the goal of understanding of different cultures and national traditions, that to certain extent determine modern goals and objectives in all spheres of life activities, incl. the socio-cultural sphere. In the article, special attention articulated is on professional orientation work, effectiveness of what dictated is by tightly cooperation between school, college (educational institution), and high school.
