Analyzed is the problem of management of integration processes in training specialists in the sphere of arts and culture in Russian education. Actuality of the research is determined by increase in intensity of changes in social systems, accompanied by processes of differentiation and integration. Essence of integrating function of education under conditions of divided society and presence of threats to national security in the field of culture is highlighted. Results of the study of mechanisms of integration processes and socio-integrative function of specialists in the field of culture in society are shown. Also significant experience of Belgorod institute of arts and culture as to management of integration processes at all levels is analyzed. Integration approach is considered as orientation basis of educational systems management.
