Presented are results, obtained from the study of influence of subjective assessment of state of own health on some personal communicative qualities of university teachers. Disclosed are features of manifestation of aggressiveness and empathy in teachers of male gender of higher education institutions of the second period (45—55 years) in connection with self-assessment of their state of health. The program for prevention and elimination of the syndrome of emotional instability in teachers associated with self-evaluation of the state of health is presented.
