On training of personnel by higher educational institutions: philosophical aspect

Discussed are some issues of modern education, in particular, issues of existence of educational system through the prism of economics, commodity value purchased by graduate knowledge. Elaborated is specific of modern understanding of educational process and it’s results. Analyzed is the process of formation of personal qualities of students, necessary for entering into the market of educational services. Also elaborated are the most acceptable ways of forming of modern specialist, and his further professional development. In conclusion, the role of education as a strategic task of economic development of the Russian society is elaborated.

Key words: education, educational process, knowledge society, knowledge economy, knowledge as a commodity, market of educational services, socialization.
