Examined are new requirements of FZ “On education in the Russian Federation” as to the system of training scientific pedagogical cadres at post-graduation study. Analyzed is both national and foreign scientific pedagogical literature in the sphere of organization and realization of post-graduation education, and also researched is corresponding experience of functioning of high schools in Russia and abroad, and analyzed are their scientific achievements. Conclusion is made, that in training of cadres for higher school there is being strengthened integration of Russian fundamental science into world scientific space through it’s participation in realizing FGOS on programs of post-graduation study, incl. programs of medical high schools.
