Results of experimental work in introduction of organizational pedagogical conditions of development of professional competence of pedagogues, working with children with OVZ

Presented are results of experimental work in development of professional competence in the process of raising qualification of pedagogues, working with children with OVZ. The aim of the article is to show, that professional competence as the system of knowledge, skills, value orientations and qualities of personality of pedagogue is developing in the process of raising of qualification by realization of certain organizational pedagogical conditions. In experimental way determined are necessary organizational pedagogical conditions for development of professional competence of pedagogues, working with children with OVZ in the process of raising of qualification. Elaborated conditions passed successful testing on effectiveness and were introduced into oractice.
