Disclosed is the essence of professional social activity under conditions of growth of social differentiation and tension of modern society. Presented are results of scientific research of the problem of overcoming restraint of higher school, inclusion of employers in educational space in the context of cluster approach. Characterized is regional social and educational network model of professional training of specialists for social sphere, basic organizational component of which is project-module educational program for internships. Also identified and approbated are organizational and pedagogical conditions for it’s implementation with the aim of forming subjective position and professional educational involvement of interns.
