On formation of personal (professional) dignity of graduates of higher educational organization

Discussed is the problem of formation of personal (professional) dignity in graduates of higher educational organizations. After graduation they will have to act as subjects of relationships and conscious activity. Shown is necessity of forming in trainees such qualities, that will define them as developed personalities. For testing of the level of development of trainees, a test was developed, that contains tasks as to identifying the level of thinking, logic and intellect. According to results of testing, overall level of development of students could be characterized as average one. Results of evaluation of the will qualities of students show, that this indicator is also on average level. More than half of students show low motivation for achieving success. Shown is necessity of reorganization of educational process with the aim of formation of personal (professional) dignity of trainees.
