Examined is the problem of how to enhance the quality of training of specialists with higher professional education on example of technical specialties. The authors offer the method of selection of school persons as to professional competence, based on conducting of their testing on schemes of studied subjects, as well as methods of training for getting secondary education on the base of secondary educational institutions or colleges, organized at universities. Presented is authors’ system, raising objectivity of evaluation of students’ knowledge in disciplines of study at higher educational institutions, taking into account both their current marks and quality of knowledge of teachers, conducting studies. Application of developed system approach to training of contingent for high schools, as well as systems of evaluation of the quality of students’ knowledge would raise both effectiveness of educational process and quality of training of university graduates.
