Realization of systematic module approach to formation of staff potential at higher educational institutions

Raised and examined in detail the problem of methodology of realization of system modular approach to formation of staff potential at higher education institutions. Shown are basic directions on improving organizational structure of staff of divisions of higher educational institution. Defined and summarized is model instrumentarium of the process of modeling optimal structure of principal and subsidiary divisions of educational institution. Also argued is actuality of solving of formulated problem in both theory and practice of formation of staff potential of higher educational institution. As the author’s opinion, substantiated is expediency of modernization of cadre politics and corresponding activity in the frames of divisions of higher educational institution.
