Actualized is the problem of tutoring as key pedagogical technology for individualization of education and breeding under conditions of realization of FGOS of new generation at low-complete and nomadic school in the North. The question is about training pedagogues of new combined profile in the system of bachelorship with additional qualification as “tutor” under specific conditions of the North. Spontaneously existing in the system of Russian education pedagogical practice is in need of scientific methodological substantiation, aimed at organization of effective and variant training of pedagogical cadres with additional qualification as “Tutor”. In connection with that, presented is experience of Pedagogical institute by SVFU, now developing new combined profile of bachelorship of “Primary education and tutoring at low-completed and nomadic school in the North”, of which primary educational program and educational plan are composed according innovative module system of education.
