Situation of paradigmatic uncertainty in modern higher education

Examined is the problem of the need to solve situation of paradigmatic uncertainty, which was formed in modern higher education. The problem is being considered as one of factors, conditioning crisis situation of higher education, hindering training of competences’ bearer. Pointed is, that it is necessary to construct an object-oriented content of education to solve the situation of paradigmatic uncertainty. As the basis of such, it is offered the author’s elaboration of activity form of organizing of knowledge component of higher education, composing the novelty of the research. Also given is brief description of it’s general principles, as well as structure and capabilities. Considered are stages of subject-oriented process of accumulation of knowledge. Presented are definitions of situation of paradigmatic uncertainly, and also models of post-nonclassic subject, competence, activity form of organizing knowledge component.
