Tendencies and perspectives of development of Russian education under conditions of digital globalization

Presented is the author’s analysis of principal tendencies and perspectives of development of Russian education under conditions of digital globalization. Examined are problems, connected with entering of leading Russian universities in world ratings “Top-100”. Given is detailed analysis of correspondence between statuses of diploma of high school and certificate of independent evaluation of qualification (certificate of correspondence) as to middle-term perspective. Substantiated are directions of researches in influence of processes of “digitalization” on development of general education. Also presented is the author’s commentary for solution problems of modern didactic, arising from the program “Digital economy”.
