Improvement of training of officer cadres for organization of moral psychological support on the basis of competence approach

Researched is the theme of improvement of training of officer cadres at military high schools for organization of moral pedagogical support on the basis of competence approach. Presented is the analysis of state of training of listeners and cadets of military high schools to organization of moral and psychological support for activities of the troops, and also characterized are both structure and components of such training. Described are requirements of competence approach, reckoning which the authors are considering principal ways of improving this type of training of officer cadres on the basis of modernization of it’s content.
