The course “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood” is currently of particular importance, and in order for teaching to be successful, the course itself must be conceptualized and planned using philosophical concepts and methods. Russia is fighting for sovereignty not only in the political sphere, but also in the economic and cultural spheres. The latter is based on philosophy as a system-forming factor of cultural life. Russian cosmism, Russian religious philosophy, and the doctrine of a just society are considered as the foundation on which modern philosophy develops: the doctrine of the noosphere, philosophy of geopolitics, a just society, the philosophy of modeling and strategic planning, the philosophy of consciousness, the philosophy of the Russian idea, and the security of national and individual consciousness. The article shows that in the course of FRS it is advisable to consider a brief history of philosophy, Russian religious philosophy, Russian cosmism, and the doctrine of a just society.
