Analyzed is dependence of academic successes of students, entered Krasnoyarsk state medical university in the year of 2014 after the first year from their training as to initial achievements on USE results. During experiment analyzed are data of USE results, tests on survival of knowledge and academic achievements in biology and chemistry. Presented are standard for corresponding analysis. On that base conclusion is made, that the sum of USE scores at entrance exams is an effective instrument for forecasting of average grade in university on results of the first year of training. The authors propose to use weight coefficients for various disciplines in total score of USE, depending on chosen direction of specialization.
