Some modern pedagogical problems of target training of specialists at technical higher school

Researched are pedagogical problems of modern target training of specialists at technical university. Attempts have been made to analyze in depth achievements and reasons for failure of existing forms of organization of target training of specialists. Proposed are educational forms of target training of specialists at technical high school, based on innovative technologies of training, being most effective at present time. The authors’ recommendations are given, as to content filling of educational programs, being fundaments of target training of specialists for enterprises in high technology industries.
