Substantiated is the view, that transformation of education system has become a global problem in relation because of challenges of reality. Understanding of this fact has become dominant in attitude to educational system of state, society and person. Developed countries are increasingly demonstrating tendency to transform education into major branch of society, that forms human being as main productive force and acts as indicator of degree of society’s culture. Country, that is not due to any reasons be able to transform educational system in accordance with reality’s challenges would be marginalized in modern world. That conditions transformation of education in significant factor of national security. In the article national system of education is considered from this point of view.
