Presented is elaboration of methodology for assessing the impact of corporate culture on formation of value orientations and professional competencies of graduates. Special attention is paid to working out of formulas of calculation of importance of each of values in the process of formation of professional competences. Actualized and adopted as to the system of higher education methodic was approbated in pilot research, conducted on the base of Financial university at the government of the Russian Federation. The results of the research not only proved “workability” of proposed methodology, but also substantiated the hypothesis of influence corporate culture of university on personal development and formation of professional competences of students. Proposed methodology might be used not only in the system of education, but also in real sector of economic in the process of influencing of corporate culture on value orientations of the culture of it’s employees.
